Replacement Heater Parts

You see the pilot burner provides a flame to the the main burner. It also heats a thermocouple which must be hot before allowing the burner to come on. If the burner tube or the orivice is blocked by debri, spiders or insects there will be a gas flow obstruction causing your patio heater to malfunction. If this occurs it will be necessary to clean the pilot.

Your patio heater will last longer if it is maintained properly. Lighting the patio heater once a month will ensure your heater remains in good condition. Always inspect the heater prior to using and refer to the product manual for safety instructions. If your manual is not available just let us know and we'll do our best to help!
